Requisitos para el programa de residencia

Requisites are as follows for USA or P.R. graduates:
  1. Entrance application form.
  2. Copy of first part of P.R. Board of Medical Examiners or its equivalent (Flex or first part of National Board).
  3. Internship (straight surgery) or rotating including in Orthopaedics, if done. (Letter from program director) medical students excluded.
  4. Two letters of recommendation from Orthopaedic Surgery or General Surgery professors.
  5. Medical School Official Academic Transcript.
  6. Letter from the Medical School dean.
  7. Photostatic copy of Doctorate Degree Diploma (Does not apply for medical students applicants).
  8. Photograph (2x2)
  9. Pre-Med, or College Official Academic Transcript.
  10. Permanent or provisional license (medical students excluded).
  11. Preference is given to candidates who can speak Spanish in addition of English.
  12. USMLE
The above documents will have to be received on or before November, 30, to be considered for next year program.
