Urban Planner - (June, 1998 to present)
Gregory L. Morris & Associates, Old San Juan, PR
Work on the infrastructure design of the innovative project, Monte Carlo Resort Development; a $1 billion, 1,000 acres, environmentally friendly touristic resort. Tasks include: cost estimates, acquiring permits and site design. Work on the design of the vertical and horizontal curves of the streets, storm sewer system, sanitary sewer system, pumping station, potable water system and grading. Reviewed mechanical, electrical and structural plans.

Office Engineer - (Spring 1998)
ICA-Miramar Metro San Juan, Bayamón, Puerto Rico
Responsible for the coordination between the design and construction of the Bayamon Section of Tren Urbano, the proposed Metro system in San Juan.
Responsible for the organization, review and approval of shop drawings, DCR's, N&D's, precipitation reports, Quality Control meetings and Construction meetings. Also responsible for the volume calculation of steel and concrete, the preparation of weekly reports, advance reports and work plan schedules.

Consultant - (December, 1997 to March, 1998)
Enrique Ruiz & Associates, San Juan, Puerto Rico
Responsible for attending and directing meetings with contractors, sub-contractors, project engineers, project owners and engineering consultants, to discuss project's progress and evaluations. Responsible for the evaluation and approval of submittals and change orders of the different construction projects.

Project Engineer - (Fall 1997)
Vista Real Development, Fajardo, Puerto Rico
Responsible for supervising and directing the construction of 176 apartment units in Fajardo. Tasks included: certifications, blueprints and budget review, and supervising subcontractors in charge of soil movement, evaluation and testing.
