We are living in the 21st century. Since the stone
age mankind has been inventing thousands of ways to solve the daily problems
and challenges of life, always striving for a new and better way to make
matters more efficient. Each change has come about from a new breakthrough
in the understanding of nature of things. All disciplines of human knowledge
have progressed in this way. Or at least most have.
In the olden days of construction we started with stones. Then we used clay, and wood,...then metals, etc....Surprinsingly today we are still concentrating on using stones, clay, wood, and metals much in the same way as we did before, centuries ago. This is probably because these materials have served us well. They have some properties desirable in construction, however are deficient in some important ways and must be combined with other materials to achieve satisfactory results.
Is there anything different
in construction today?
Yes: the availability of new synthetic materials which offer new possibilities. Take light weight synthetic materials like foam, for example, synthetic resins, expanded synthetic foams like poliurethanes and polystirenes. Such synthetics have the highly desirable properties of being light weight, exceedingly low in thermal conductivity, resistant to abrasion, impermeable to moisture and good acoustical insulators. Thus, they have found a place in today’s construction industry as building materials for roofs, walls and the like. For the most part the possibilities remain unexplored.
What if we combine these into a system where the desired properties of each can be obtained? This is where CONCRETEK SYSTEM comes in. This system has been developed to solve the construction problems in a more efficient way, a good step ahead of conventional construction.
While the Concretek System uses the most advanced technology for it’s manufacturing, it makes the construction procedure very simple; so simple it can be mastered by a construction crew in a very short time.
