In charge of the production of a sterile manufacturing area for parenteral products from their formulation stage through filling, visual inspection and packaging of the finished product. Direct supervision of forty-six (46) employees including fifteen (15) production technicians, eight (8) inspectors and twenty-three (23) packaging operators. Responsible to coordinate the production schedule, reconcile the Batch Records, manage process deviation investigations, revise SOP's, recommend process changes, equipment modifications as well as participate in the selection of manufacturing equipment. Deal with other departments as : QC/QA, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Safety, etc.

* Since April 1987, administered the operations of a bulk chemical plant (Building 1). Responsible of eight chemical processes, for an inventory of $12 millions, direct supervision of five Shift Supervisors and forty-six chemical operators as indirect employees. Contributed in the savings of $ 1.23 millions by product's yield increases, process improvements and solvent recovery. Reported to the Production Manager.
* Since January 1984 as a Shift Supervisor-day shift, was responsible in: process improvement, process troubleshooting, process start-ups, production planning, job skill training and documentation. Reported to the Process Manager.
* Since January 1983 as a Shift Supervisor-three shifts, I was responsible of the direct supervision of five chemical operators, personnel evaluation and job distribution. Reported to the Process Manager.
